Two years ago, I met Mitchell Moss, a professional trainer. I was impressed with his knowledge and his interest in fitness. My mom wanted to lose weight, so I reached out to him for help. I would never have thought that a man or trainer would have the patience, time, and consideration to work professionally with my mom. That’s 75 years of age.
