Mitchell was my trainer in 2011. As a sergeant, with multiple responsibilities, he still found time to help me achieve my weight loss goals. Moss motivated me throughout our entire deployment, although I know it wasn’t an easy task. He was always clear with instructions and provided information on what forms were best for each exercise, and why. I feel that Mitchell is a great personal trainer and have no doubt that he can and will help anyone obtain the fitness levels that they aim to achieve.
