Certified Personal Trainer
Mitchell trained me for three months while we were in Kuwait doing overseas contract security. I weighed in at 100 lbs our first session, and my initial goal was to gain 20. Mitchell respected my goal and suggested some supplements to take as well as provided meal suggestions. We met up five days a week and not once did he cancel or seem as if he weren’t passionate about my goals. He checked on me frequently and during, or sessions even worked out with me just to push me a little more. I gained four lbs in my first week. After a few weeks of following his routine, I started seeing results. Once I saw the results, I also gained confidence. At this point, it became more about myself and less abought “gaining weight.” Even after he stopped training me, he was always willing to answer any questions I had and give advice. He continued to support my fitness journey and was still encouraging. Mitchell was such an inspiration to me I went through the FitOps program and got my CPT with NASM. I continue to make health and fitness a lifestyle, and my life has changed tremendously because of it.
